The admit card contains your complete examination identity including your name, roll number, registration number, photograph, examination centre, exam date and time, category, belt grade appearing for, and the list of subjects or kata you are registered to be assessed in. Please verify all details carefully upon download. In case of any discrepancy, contact your branch coordinator or the association office immediately before the examination date.
Admit cards are generated only for students whose registration, fee payment, and training attendance records are complete and verified by the branch instructor. Students who have not fulfilled the minimum attendance requirement or have a pending fee balance will not be issued an admit card for that examination cycle. It is the responsibility of the student and parent to ensure all formalities are completed well before the announced cut-off date.
Once your admit card is available, you can download and print it directly from this page using your registered mobile number or registration ID. Carry a printed copy along with a valid government-issued photo identity proof on the day of examination. Electronic copies on mobile screens may not be accepted at all centres. The association reserves the right to deny entry to any candidate unable to present a valid admit card.
For any queries related to admit card generation, missing details, or centre allocation, please contact your branch instructor or write to us through the Contact Us page. Our administrative team will respond within 2 working days. Admit cards are typically released 7–10 days before the examination date.
